Hello Out There focuses on connection, and striving for contact with another human being. Set in a prison Cell in a small town in Texas, we see Young Man being accused of a crime he may or may not have committed. In the Prison he meets Young Girl. The story unfolds as they build a relationship and attempt to escape the Prison.
